This guide will help you locate and review any IAI (Incident, Accident & Illness) reports
- Navigate to the web portal on desktop and login to your Kindertales account
- In the Main Menu click My Child
- Click on the Forms & Reports tab
- Select any of the three options Incident, Accident, or Illness tab to view the report
- Afterwards, click on any of the listed reports to view more details
