How to Share Access to Kindertales With Family and Friends

Empower your family and friends by sharing Kindertales access

Kindertales allows the Primary Parent to grant access to family members and friends by creating additional user accounts. This enables others to stay informed and engaged with your child’s activities.

Adding a New User

1. Log in to your Kindertales account at https://app.kindertales.com/login
2. From the side menu, select My Child
3. Click the Family tab
4. Click Add/Edit User
5. Select the appropriate relation from the Relation dropdown
6. Fill out all mandatory fields in the User Details section
7. In the User Privileges section, check all applicable privileges for the new user
8. After confirming the information, click Save

An activation email will be sent to the new user, allowing them to set their password and log in for the first time.

Important Notes

• Only the Primary Parent has the ability to add or edit users

• To grant a new user payer privileges or the ability to add a payment method, please contact your childcare center directly
