Parent's Guide: Managing SMS Preferences
Opting In
- As a parent using Kindertales, you have the option to opt-in for SMS Alerts easily. You can choose to receive these alerts by indicating your preference on your child's Enrollment Form or through the Family manager section in your child's profile. Additionally, if there are other guardians involved, they can also opt-in through the Family manager, facilitated by the Primary Parent user or an Administrator.
- For parents with multiple children enrolled in Kindertales, opting in or out of SMS Alerts is streamlined. You can manage your preferences through any of your children's Enrollment Forms, ensuring consistency across all profiles.
Opting Out
- We understand that preferences may change, so you have the flexibility to opt-out of SMS Alerts at any time. Simply reply with STOP to any received message, or uncheck the SMS Alerts Opt-In option on the Enrollment Form and in Family user management on your child's profile.
