Accessing Kindertales

Verifying Your Account

1. Go to your email and open the message from Kindertales with the subject line "Welcome to Kindertales". Follow the instructions to set your password.
2. Once you set the password, you will be able to login using your email address as your username and password that you just created.
3. If you haven’t received your Welcome to Kindertales email, please speak to your childcare provider directly.

Adding Payment Method

1. For mobile users in the United States (mobile users in Canada, please proceed to step 2):
   1. Select Billing from the main menu (three horizontal lines in left-hand corner).
   2. Click on Add Payment Method and select the payment type you would like to add.
      
      

      If you select Add Bank Account - Manually this means that you do not have access to online banking or you have tried to Add Bank Account - Online Banking and did not see your bank in the list provided. By adding a bank account manually, you will have to complete a verification process which is outlined in the Additional Instructions provided on the screen. This verification process is only available on a desktop or laptop.

2. On desktop, select Billing from the main menu followed by the Payment Method tab
3. Click on Add Payment Method and select the payment type you would like to add.
   
   

   If you try to link a bank account and do not see your bank in the list provided or you do not have access to online banking, please click Link My Account Manually and enter your account info. By entering your bank account manually, you will have to complete a verification process which is outlined in the Additional Instructions provided on the screen.

4. It is highly recommended that you turn on the Autopay feature for the Program (Tuition) Fees. You can also turn the feature on for Incidental fees. By turning on the Autopay feature, your fees will be automatically charged to your default payment method on the date displayed on your Billing Dashboard.
5. Confirm that you see your payment method appropriately listed on the screen

Completing Enrollment Forms

1. Click Forms from the main menu
   1. On mobile, the main menu is the three horizontal lines in the left-hand corner
   2. On desktop, the main menu is the left-hand sidebar
2. Click on each listed form and complete the required forms.
3. When you have completed the form, the red ❌ beside the form's name will change to a green ✅

Adding Additional Users

Kindertales allows you to set up an unlimited number of users under your child’s account. During the set up process, you will be able to grant those users the authorizations that they require. The profile creation process is only available on a desktop or laptop.

1. Select My Child from the main menu followed by the Family tab.
2. Click on the Add/Edit User tab and fill out the required information.
3. Check off which permission(s) you wish to grant this new user and click the "Save" button.
4. This will trigger the "Welcome to Kindertales" email to be sent and just like you, they can follow the steps outlined in this document to complete their account set-up.
